With a formal marketing background, Flora brings ten years of experience taking complex, large-scale productions from with a calm leadership that brings clarity to the often chaotic world of creative work. She ensures high volumes of assets are delivered on time and on budget, while serving as a strong advocate for clients and their vision.

Matthew Chen

Creative Director

Matthew’s award-winning creative work and business background led him to build a company later acquired by a larger agency. There, he led the content team, uncovering what worked—and what didn’t. Today, he applies that insight to run projects efficiently while elevating quality and creativity.
